CONFigure:FRESistance [{<Range>|AUTO|MIN|MAX|DEF}]
Configures the instrument for 4-wire resistance measurements, but does not initiate a measurement. Use the READ?
command to query the 4-wire resistance measurement value with specified range or the CONF? command to query
the 4-wire resistance function configuration.
Parameter:
<Range>

[SENSe:]FRESistance:NULL[:STATe] {ON|OFF}

Turns the null function for 4-wire (4w) resistance measurement function on or off. In this case, the instrument does not
switch into resistance mode. For activating the Ω measurement function use the FUNC command.

Returns the null function state of the 4-wire (4w) resistance measurement function.
