CHAPTER 3 ENGINE
NOTE: If any special mark found, contact the
UTV manufacture via the agent for the parts and
special instruction.
Fit the timing chain onto the cam sprocket and
install the cam sprocket on the camshaft.
NOTE:
When installing the cam sprocket, keep the
timing chain as tense as possible on the exhaust
side.
Align the match mark
with the stationary pointer
head.
Align the pin on the cam shaft with the slot in
the cam sprocket.
CAUTION:
Do not turn the crankshaft during installation of
the cam shaft. Dam age or improper valve
timing will result.
While holding the camshaft, temporarily
tighten the bolts .
Remove the safety wire from the timing chain.
4. Install:
Breather plate 
Plane washer 
5. Install:
Timing chain tensioner
Installing steps:
Remove the tensioner cap bolt  and springs
.
Release the timing chain tensioner one-w ay
cam  and push the tensioner rod  all the way
in.
Install the tensioner with a new gasket onto
the cylinder.
Install the springs  and cap bolt .
Tighten the bolt (with gasket) to the specified
torque .
