Pressure regulation

6.5.1

Switch-on monitoring

• Switch the pump on.
• Pressure must reach at least 0.3 bar within 15 s or reach the reference value if this is smaller
than 0.3 bar.
If not: switch off the supply line
signalise pressure problem
6.5.2

Pump start-up

Start-up time = 10 s from 0 to 100% (absolute)
6.5.3

Pressure regulator

Pressure regulation is carried out for each individual line by means of an adjustable PI-regulator.
(see menu 6.12).
6.6

Container replacement

1 container is always emptied. When a container is empty, the system automatically changes to the next
container. If both containers are empty, the system indicates a fault and the respective supply unit is
switched off. The other lines stay in operation.
Empty containers are indicated and the empty container relay is active.
The message is reset when the respective float switch is on and acknowledgement has been given via
the keyboard.
