Refitting the gear change control
Apply the indicated threadlocker on shaft (1).
Install O-ring (3) onto shaft (1).
Insert the shaft (1) in the gear lever (2), and insert the other O-ring (3) and the washer (4).
Fit the gear lever (1) on the footpeg plate by inserting and tightening the shaft (1) to the specified torque of 23
Nm ±10%.
Fit lever (7) on gear transmission rod assembly (8), starting screw (9).
Tighten screw (9) to a torque of 10 Nm ±10%.
