Connecting the monitoring interface (depending on device)

The monitoring interface is only available on the following
devices:
• DEK 2.0, DEK 3.0, DEV 2.0.
• KEK 2.0, KEV 2.0.
• The monitoring interface checks the energy available in the energy storage.
• The external wiring (e.g. PLC input according to EN 61131-2) must provide the
switching signal (+24 V) with an earth reference via a high-ohm resistance
(1 kW - 100 kW).
• Typical fall times for 1 kΩ - 100 kΩ: Level below 5 V < 4 ms.

Connect the "+24 V" switching signal to terminal "4".
Connect output signal from terminal "6" to a PLC input according to EN 61131-2
or via a resistor (1 kW - 100 kW) to earth.
A high signal on terminal "6"
• The energy available is within the permissible range of tolerance to be ready for use.
• The Energy storage solution is ready to use.
