Installing the Energy storage solution

There is a risk of damage.
The Energy storage solution must not be mounted upside down.
Install the Energy storage solution vertically.

• The Energy storage solution is intended to be installed in an electrical cabinet.
• The Energy storage solution must be protected against debris in the cabinet.
• It must be installed directly onto a mounting area in the cabinet or onto a subfra-
me provided by Michael Koch GmbH for this purpose.
• The Energy storage solution needs to be installed right next to the application
(frequency converter, servo controller) due to the length of the connecting cable
(max. 1 m).
During installation, the following spacings to other modules must be maintained:
• at the side: at least 20 mm.
• above and below: at least 100 mm.
