Digital Output State After Hot Reset (JP1)

The default status of the PCI-1758 series cards' digital output after a system power
on is OPEN to protect external devices from damage. JP1 determines whether the
last output value is retained after a hot system reset. Table 3.2 shows the jumper
positions for power on configuration.

Digital Input Type

This jumper is for PCI-1758UDI and PCI-1758UDIO to set digital input type. The type
can be wet contact or dry contact. Table 3.3 shows the jumper positions for digital
input type.
