It should always be installed a thermoregulation to Effecta Smart. If no
thermoregulation is installed, the boilers warranty on the pressure vessel is not valid.

Effecta Smart has the posibility to control a loading circuit
with a motor (1.), instead of of a circuit with thermic valve.
The loading procedure is done in a similar way but you have
the possibility to set the loading temperature. Connect to
17 and 18 on the motherboard. The sensor G4 is mounted
on the flow in order to sense requested loading tempera-
ture.

1. Start up when the boiler
temperature is below 162°F, the
cartridge has not opened, the beam
for self-circulation is tight against
the tank due to the pressure from
the pump.
2. Operational phase when the boiler
temperature exceeds 162°F, the
cartridge opens and mixes cold
water from the accumulator tank.
Boiler water return temp is normally
about 158°F. At 194°F from the
boiler, the Laddomat normally gives
151°F back to the boiler.
3. Final phase When the accumulator
tank is fully charged, hot water
will enter on the cold side of the
Laddomat. Then the plunger opens
fully toward the accumulator tank
and closes the pipe toward the top
of the boiler. All flow now goes to
the accumulator tank. This feature
is important for the accumulator
tank to charge fully.
4. Self-circulation In the event of
loss of electricity or failure of the
circulation pump, the check valve is
opened for self-circulation. This will
normally prevent boiling unless the
accumulators are fully charged or
the piping presents an obstacle for
circulation.
