Setting the Ring Volume

Press Menu, 1, 4, 1.

MED, or HIGH, and then press Set.

Setting the Beeper Volume

You can set the beeper to LOW,
When the beeper is set to
a key or make an error and when fax sending or receiving has finished.

Setting the Speaker Volume

You can set the volume of the MFC's one-way speaker.

Memory Storage

In the event of a power failure, all menu settings are stored permanently:
GENERAL SETUP,
FAX OPT plus the

Turning On Automatic Daylight Savings Time

You can set the MFC to change automatically for Daylight Savings Time.
It will reset itself forward one hour in the Spring and back one hour in the Fall.
