2 Features and Functions

Tolerance Mode

The tolerance mode has 1%, 5%, 10%, and 20% tolerance ranges. To enter
the tolerance mode, insert a standard value into the socket. Press the TOL
key to set the display value as the standard reference. Similarly, the DH
value which appears on the primary display can be used as a standard
value to sort the components. Press TOL key again to cycle through 1%,
5%, 10% and 20% tolerance and select the desired tolerance. The meter
range locks as tolerance mode.
This mode can not be set under following condition:
• After setting the recording mode.
• After setting HI/LO Audible Alert mode.
• The tested display is either OL or below 10 count.
This function is designed for sorting the values. The beeper will beep
three times when the reading is out of the selected tolerance. A single
beep represents that the reading is within the selected tolerance.

To exit tolerance mode, press and hold TOL key for more than 1 s
