The manufacturer declares that the product mentioned above is an incomplete machine in the sense of the
machinery directive. The product is exclusively provided for installation in a manual milling machine or
incomplete machine and therefore does not meet all the requirements of the machinery directive.
A list of the fundamental requirements applied to and to be observed for this product can be found in the
appendix to this declaration.
The special technical documents according to Annex VII Part B have been compiled. The authorised repre-
sentative for compiling the technical documents undertakes to hand over the documents on well-founded
request to the bodies of the individual state. The hand over is done by post in paper format or on electronic
medium.
The commissioning of the product is prohibited for as long as it has been established that the milling
machine in which the aforementioned product is installed corresponds to all the requirements of the
machinery directive.
