SHRIMP SALAD À LA PROVENÇALE

8 cloves of garlic, central shoots removed
1 chilli pepper cut in half
2 tbsp. traditional mustard
2 tbsp. distilled vinegar
500g peeled cooked shrimps
1 red onion, thinly sliced
1 courgette (zucchini), thinly sliced
½ bell pepper, thinly sliced
2 tomatoes, diced
2 tbsp. olive oil
salt, pepper
1 Put the garlic and chilli in the metal bowl and run the EXPERT programme
at speed 13 for 20 seconds. Stir if necessary. Add the mustard, vinegar, salt,
pepper, and run the EXPERT programme on speed 3 for 10 seconds.
2 Pour this marinade in a bowl and add the shrimps. Set aside.
3 Pour 500ml of water in the bowl, without rinsing it. Place vegetables in the
XL steamer basket. Drizzle with olive oil and run the STEAM programme for
30 minutes at 120°C.
4 5 minutes before the end, add the shrimps with the marinade.
Enjoy hot or cold.
TIP
For vegetables with extra crunch, reduce the cooking time by 5 minutes.
