Commissioning

a) Removing the Car Body, Placing the Aerial Cable

Now remove the car body. Remove the safety clips and
take off the body upwards.
B
If the aerial is still inside the receiver box, remove the indi-
vidual safety clips (see arrow in the figure on the right) and
remove the lid (A) of the receiver box.
A
Guide the aerial cable from the rear of the receiver box
and through the aerial tube (B). Place the aerial tube in the
spiral spring holder (3).
For a wide range, the aerial needs to protrude from the
vehicle at the top.
Never shorten the aerial cable! Never coil the aerial cable!
This greatly reduces the range.
b) Attaching Tail Spoiler
The rear spoiler is delivered separately from the vehicle.
Fasten it to the vehicle with the enclosed assembly set.
First put the tail spoiler on the two pins (C) of the tail spoi-
ler holder. Then the plastic rings (A) are pushed onto the
B
A
pins (C) (the wider part points down to the tail spoiler).
Then push the two burst rings (B) onto the pins (C) so that
the plastic rings and tail spoiler are securely fastened to
C
the vehicle.
