The safety and instruction label places important information from the users' manual on the table. Read and follow label
instructions. Replace the label immediately if it becomes damaged or worn. New labels are available from EMSAR, page 14)
or from your distributor.
The label below is affixed to the table.

read and understand this manual.

practice with the table before using it in service.

record their training information. A sample training

Untrained operators can cause injury or be injured.
Permit only trained personnel to operate the table.
