    This strapping method typically uses three restraints (Figure 10). Apply restraints to stretcher handholds, with buckle and tang attached to opposite sides of the stretcher. Ferno recommends placing all the buckles at one side of the stretcher, and all tangs at the opposite side for ease of application.
