One IDE hard drive and one SCSI hard drive - Install IDE hard
drive as drive C:. During system BIOS Setup, enter IDE drive type
for drive C:. Leave drive D: "not installed" so the 486MIS SCSI
BIOS will install the SCSI drive as drive D:

Two IDE hard drive and one SCSI hard drive - Install IDE hard
drives as drive C: and drive D:. During system BIOS Setup, enter
IDE drive types for drive C: and D:. Run the Install program (in the
DOS/WINDOWS DRIVERS diskette).

Two SCSI hard drives and no IDE hard drive - During system
BIOS Setup, set hard disk drive types for C: and D: to "not
installed". Enable the 486MIS SCSI BIOS through jumper block W1.
