1. Remove the air cleaner cover (see

Disconnect the choke cable, throttle coble and return spring.

Disconnect the breather pipe from the flame trap ot the rear of the
cleaner backplate.

Disconnect the fuel supply pipe to the carburetters.
5.
Disconnect the vacuum pipe from the carburetters.
6 . Release the nuts, plain woshers and thackeray washers or rubber springs
securing the carburetters to the manifold. Pull off the carburetters as an
