To Refill
1 . Turn the radiator drain tap clockwise to close.
2. Check that the air temperature control i s still a t HOT.
3. Refill the cooling system to within
header tank filler neck.
4. Re lace the header tank cap.

Check after filling to ensure that the heater, or the heater unit of the air

hose c l i p (top of themostat) a t the rear of the engine to expel any air, re-
ti g hten the hose c l i p and top up header tank.
NOTE:
I t is important that the coolin g system should contain a corrosion
inhibitor to protect the aluminium alloy of which the greater part
of both the engine and the radiator are built.
