To Remove

Remove the transmission unit from the vehicle, see Section
2 .
Remove the clutch assembly from the flywheel by progressively releasing
the securing bolts around the periphery of the cover.
To Replace

W i t h the aid of a dummy input shaft centralise the driven plate on the flywheel
ENSURING the correct face

Replace the clutch assembly on the fl
dowels, and insert the bolts with spring washers. I t i s importont that the
bolts ore tightened uniformly to ensure?hat no distortion occurs on the
dia p hragm springs. Tighten each bolt one turn a t a time until the specified
torque loading is reached (see TECHNICAL DATA). Remove the dummy
input shaft.

Refit the transmission unit to the engine and check operotion of clutch.
