To Remove
Drain the cooling system as previously described.
Release the hose clips and remove

Remove the nuts securing the tank and remove the tank.

Reverse the removal procedure.

The coolin

Should a fault occur i n the fan circuit the fan failure relay will de-energise and
the FAN FAILURE lamp on the instrument panel. This lamp will also give an indication
that the Otto thennostat has actuated by pulsing momentarily, showing that the circuit i s
functioning correctly.

When removing the radiator only i t
pressurised hoses from the condenser.

Release the clips securing the hoses and disconnect from the mdiotar.

Disconnect electrical connections to fans.
Remove spare wheel to gain access to radiator and condenser top fixing
