Periodic background report: (if enable) the system will automatically generate a PDF report based
on the selected periodicity (daily, weekly, monthly periods) with all information using the active
checkboxes in the below screen.
In case of notifications (refer to next chapter), the PDF report will be sent per Email to the relevant
stakeholders.
