Windows PC App
To monitor a test site using a Windows PC, download the Windows applica-
tion from the FLIR support site (link below). Open the application and follow
these instructions.

Ensure that all devices (mobile device, gateway, and sensors) reside on the
same IP sub-network, assigned from the shared router or AP (access point).
The mobile device configuration, when identifying the PC, must match the IP
address shown in the Windows screen.
Note that you may need to obtain system information and credentials from
your IT department to connect to a network.
10.1 Opening Windows App Screen
The call-out numbers in Figure 10.1 are explained below the diagram.

1. Alert messages, including alarm events.
2. Gateway list. The circle is green when a gateway is actively communicating.
3. Click to refresh the system.
4. Click to export data as CSV file.
