4) Adjustment of lever lock operation
Lever should be engaged securely and lightly.
a. Free state
14.7~24.5N·m (1.5~2.5kgf·m)
b. At lever engaged
Up to 50N·m (5kgf·m)
c. At lever locked
Front attachment should not be operated
even when 50N·m (5kgf·m) load is applied.
5) Assembling the bracket
Tightening torque bolts at G
: 48.1~55.9N·m (4.9~5.7kgf·m)
* Apply screw lock agent.
6) Assembling the grip (R)
1. Assemble the grip (R) after turning it coun-
terclockwise 8 or 9 times.
2. Assemble the wire harness so that wires
inside should not be tensed.
3. Mount the terminal at a position 290 mm
from the vinyl clamp.
