Troubleshooting
Check diaphragm for potential damage,
replace diaphragm if necessary
Replace the actuator
Remove actuator, check diaphragm
mounting, replace if necessary
Operate the product with operating pres-
sure specified in datasheet
Remove the actuator, remove foreign
matter, check diaphragm and valve body
weir for potential damage, replace actu-
ator if necessary
Check valve body for potential damage,
replace valve body if necessary
Check shut off diaphragm for potential
damage, replace diaphragm if necessary
Remove actuator, check diaphragm
mounting, replace if necessary
Retighten bolting between valve body and
actuator
Check shut off diaphragm for damage, re-
place diaphragm if necessary
Replace actuator/valve body
Check installation of valve body in piping
Tighten threaded connections / unions
Replace sealing material
Check valve body for damage, replace
valve body if necessary
Replace the handwheel
Unlock handwheel clamp
