Reports; Mode; Mode Window - ELCOM POS-3000 User Manual

The POS-3000 gives you an overview of your business activities in the report mode. There are
essentially two types of reports:
• reports in the X mode (so called X reports) that offer continuous overview for managers;
the memory is unchanged.
• reports in the Z mode (so called Z reports) provide the overview and erase the memory
after summarising the main elements.
One can enter the respective modes following this procedure:

In the X report mode, the following reports are available: PLU, departments, cashier, finan-
cial, hourly, daily, monthly, and customers.
In the following sections there is a detailed description for every report type.
X mode window
In the X mode window there is an electronic receipt that contains the same information as
is printed on the receipt. Using it together with the Print checkbox can serve as economical
way to get the desired information—the "printing" on the electronic receipt saves the receipt
paper. The window also contains the obligatory Exit button, then the Print button (that
