Handing out from stock
Handing out from stock is a non-financial operation that is equivalent to finishing the sale.
The only difference is that no financial transaction takes place during handing out from stock,
but the "sold" items are simply subtracted from stock reserves.
After registering the handed articles (plus subtotal, if required), the articles are handed out using

the PO key (

). Even if you mistakenly pressed the PO key, you can cancel the operation

using the Clear key (
Receive on Account and Paid Out operations
Receive on Account (RA) and Paid Out (PO) operations are performed as individual operati-
ons of the sale itself. These financial operations do not change the stock reserves and are ma-
inly used to record the flow of cash/cheques from/to the cash drawer. Only cash and cheques
can be monitored using this operation and this follows the following procedure:
press the RA or PO key depending on whether you want to
register the flow from or to the cash drawer
enter the amount recorded
if you record the flow of other currency than the master one,
press the PLU Price key and select that currency
press the finishing key corresponding to the recorded asset:
cash or cheques
RA/PO operations can be cancelled using the Clear key (
nishing key.
Movement of goods
The movement of goods is another non-fiscal
operation and is performed, like the Paid Out and
Receive on Account, as a separate operation. Prior
to using this function it is necessary to program-
me movement types (see chapter on programming
mode). This operation, in contrast to the previous
ones, is bound to a specific customer.
begin a new sale and assign a customer using the customer
number
press PLU key
menu from fig. 4.6 appears; pick the movement type using
its code (pull down menu Movement) and enter the PLU
number for the article concerned (row Code)
repeat above step for all other movements that concern the
assigned customer
finish movement registration so as you would a sale
Leaving the register mode
It is possible to leave the register mode and return to the mode selection menu using close on the
touch sensitive display, or using the Cancel Esc key (
