PLU items icon is se-
lected, then press
– Article name. This description will be printed onto
the receipt.
– PLU code. The EAN bar-code will appear here. Bar-
codes can be entered manually or using the bar-code
scanner.
– Article price. It is entered in the master currency, set
in the Currency group. Up to ten-digit number or up
to specified Halo (see below).
– Current stock.
– Assign the department to the article using the pull-
down menu. Departments are programmed in the
Departments group.
– Assign the tax level to the article using the pull-down
menu. Selected tax will be charged to the article. Tax
levels are programmed in the Taxes group.
– Can prohibit sale or specify the manner of entering
the price during sale (entry via keyboard (open),
preprogrammed price only (preset) or both).
– Assign the sale unit to the article using the pull-down
menu. The sale units are programmed in the Units
group.
– PLU without price, it is only a descriptive name.
– Forbids selling a fraction from this article if checked.
– Allows negative stock values if checked.
– This PLU will automatically finish the sale.
– This PLU is designated as returnable packaging for
reports.
– Value discount per piece can be applied to this PLU.
– The maximum number of digits while entering the
price using the keyboard. This number concerns only
the digits to the left of the decimal separator. This
number must be within 1 to 10.
