MALFUNCTION AND LOCK CAUSE DIAGNOSTICS.
In the event of a burner lock-out, the red light on the reset button will be fixed.
Keeping it pressed in for more than 3 seconds, the diagnostics procedure is activated (red light with quick flashes). The table below indicates the
meaning of the lock-out or failure according to the number of red flashes.
Holding the reset button down for at least 3 seconds, the diagnostics function will be interrupted.
The diagram below shows the operations to be carried out to activate the diagnostic functions even with communication interface through the
"OCI400" connection cable.

• During the time the cause of fault is diagnosed, the control outputs are deactivated.
• - Is the burner shut down
• - The alarm signal AL "is on terminal 10 which is under voltage.
• Press the lockout reset button for about 1 second (< 3 seconds) to reactivate the device and start a new cycle.

Possible causes
No flame at the end of the safe ignition time<TSA>
- Faulty or soiled fuel valves
- Faulty or soiled flame detector
- Poor adjustment of burner, no fuel
- No ignition Faulty ignition transformer
- Defective LP air pressure switch
- No or faulty air pressure signal after completion "t10"
- LP pressure switch contact welded in standby position
Extraneous light during the ignition phase
- No air pressure switch signal
- LP pressure switch contact welded in work position

No flame signal during normal operation, ignition repetition (limitation of ignition
repetitions)
- Malfunction of the fuel valves
