12.2.2 Assembling the actuator

Place the new actuator 3 on the ball

valve body.
Turn the actuator until the hexagonal
G
screws 1 can be inserted.
Screw in hexagon screws 1 with
G
washers 2 hand tight.
Diagonally hand-tighten the hexagonal
G
screws 1 evenly.

Disassemble the actuator (see chapter

Bend downwards lug 13 of the screw

locking device.

Loosen spindle nut 14 and remove.

Remove screw locking device 13.
G
Remove upper spring washer 12.
G
Remove lower spring washer 12.

Remove stainless steel sleeve 11.
