LOSS-IN-WEIGHT WITH ATOMIZER CHAMBERS
The adjustable gate on the LIW version is automatically controlled by an actuator that
is constantly adjusting the seed flow gate. The actuator is controlled by the U-Treat
Lite automation software to determine the flow rate of the seed flowing down on top of
the distribution cone which disperses the seed down around the atomizer head. The
atomizer can be easily accessed for cleaning and maintenance by pulling down on the
quick release handle and sliding the atomizer away from the treater body (see page
35).
The gate may also be located on a Batch Hopper either above the treater or on the
floor.
