The E3000 and F3x00 require access to a DHCP Server to access the OCGUI. Access to a DHCP server should be setup ahead of time to ensure the installation of the product is not gated.

Connect the power cables into each of the PSUs at the rear of the unit. The BMC Module, PSUs, and Fan Modules should all power on.
