MACHINE TROUBLESHOOTING
Trouble
The machine operation is not
smooth.
The machine does not move while
engine is running.
Heavy steering.
Brakes not working correctly.

Cause
• CVT belt life expired.
• CVT weight roller is worn.
• Dust or water has accumulated in CVT drive pul-
ley.
• Clutch (inertial clutch) is worn.
• Parking brake is on.
• CVT belt is broken.
• Assistance of power steering is limited to prevent
overheat.
• Tire pressure is unsuitable.
• Battery has not been recharged.
• Fuse is blown.
• Power steering system has problem.
• Brake fluid level is low.
• Air is in brake system.
• Brake pads are worn.
