PRE-OPERATION CHECK

DAILY CHECK
To prevent trouble from occurring, it is important to
know the condition of the vehicle well. Check it before
starting.
WARNING
To avoid serious injury or death:
• Be sure to check and service the vehicle on a
level surface with the engine shut off and the
parking brake "ON" and implement lowered to
the ground if equipped.
Check item
• Walk around inspection
• Check engine oil level
• Check transmission fluid level
• Check brake fluid level
• Check coolant level
• Clean grill, radiator screen
(when used in a dusty place)
• Clean around exhaust pipe and muffler.
• Check intake sediment drain cap
• Check brake pedal and pads
• Check parking brake
• Check indicators, gauges and meters
• Check lights
• Check seat belt, ROPS, doors and side retentions.
• Check wheel tightening torque.
• Check joint boots
• Check tire wear
• Check tire inflation pressure
• Check backup beeper (if equipped)
• Refuel
