Displaying the Scale Bar

The following describes how to display the scale bar. With the scale bar, you can obtain an approximate size of a subject.
To do this:

Display the [TOOL MENU: SCALE] screen.

Select [SCALE BAR].

Move and resize the scale bar as desired.

Tap [SELECT].

Tap and select the scale bar.

Use the mouse to drag an end point of the scale
bar to change the length of the scale bar.

Use the mouse to drag the scale bar to the
desired position.

Tap [CLOSE] to commit the operation.
Display of the scale bar
 The length of the scale bar is adjusted to provide one significant figure. The minimum length is 1/8 of the width
of the image display area.
 The scale bar cannot be rotated at a desired angle.
