Always ensure Optical Output Laser LEDs beside ports are OFF while
making/changing optical connections.

1 Connect the OmniBER OTN as shown in below.
2 Press <Menu>, choose Tx/Rx > Transmitter Settings >
Physical then press <Select>. Set Laser ON. This enables the
10/10.7 Gb/s Output.
Ensure that alignment
key is properly located
before tightening.
