Disconnect the flexible board from the connector (CN0150) on the AR-5 board.

Disconnect the fine-wire coaxial cable from the connector (CN0105) on the AR-5 board

Note

At the time of the installation, pass the fine-wire coaxial cable through the duct cover (lower).

Remove the five precision screws.

Tilt the AR-5 board as shown in the bottom right figure.

Disconnect the fine-wire coaxial cable from the connector (CN0106) on the AR-5 board.
