1-4-5. CD-336 Board
1. Remove the pan cabinet (side). (Refer to Section 1-2-1)
2. Remove the pan cabinet (front). (Refer to Section 1-2-2)
3. Remove the pan cabinet (rear). (Refer to Section 1-2-3)
4. Remove the camera cabinet (upper/lower). (Refer to
Section 1-2-4)
5. Remove the camera cabinet (front). (Refer to Section
1-2-5)
6. Remove the camera block. (Refer to Section 1-3)
7. Remove one screw (M2) and one screw (PTP 2x5),
then remove the camera frame from the camera block.
8. Disconnect one flexible flat cable from the connector
on the CD-336 board.
9. Remove the two screws (BTP 1.7x6), then remove the
CD-336 board.
10. Remove the CCD adaptor/optical filter/seal rubber
from the CCD block.
11. Remove the solder from the CD-336 board and remove
the CCD block.

12. Attach the CD-336 board in the reverse order of steps
1 to 11.

1-4-6. Lens/Zoom Lens

1. Remove the pan cabinet (side). (Refer to Section 1-2-1)
2. Remove the pan cabinet (front). (Refer to Section 1-2-2)
3. Remove the pan cabinet (rear). (Refer to Section 1-2-3)
4. Remove the camera cabinet (upper/lower). (Refer to
Section 1-2-4)
5. Remove the camera cabinet (front). (Refer to Section
1-2-5)
6. Remove the camera block. (Refer to Section 1-3)
7. Remove the VC-266 (VC-266P) board. (Refer to
Section 1-4-3)
8. Remove the MC-134 board. (Refer to Section 1-4-4)
9. Remove the CD-336 board. (Refer to Section 1-4-5)
10. Remove the three screws, then remove the zoom lens.
11. Turn the lens in the direction indicated by the arrow C,
then remove it.

12. Attach the lens/zoom lens in the reverse order of steps
1 to 11.

1. When attaching the zoom lens, push the portion A of
the zoom lens to the portion B (upper right corner) of
the camera bracket as far as it will go, then tighten it
with the three screws.
2. When attaching the lens, hook the lens on the three
hooks of the camera bracket, then turn the lens in the
direction indicated by the arrow D until it locks.
