Upper figure:
The figure shows the schematic installation of the rotor head. Since the head is pre-assembled ex works, no assembly steps
are required in this section.
Only the rotor shaft has to be inserted and screwed on.
Lower figure:
Place the paddle rocker onto the rotor head and install the paddle rod with the two linkages, the centrifugal weights and the
paddles.
The paddles only need to have a distance of 50 mm to the rocker (see sketch below the drawing) and must be aligned
horizontally to the paddle rocker (see lower sketch page 14).

Upper figure:
The figure shows the schematic assembly of the pitch compensator. Since the compensator is pre-assembled ex works, no
assembly steps are required in this section.
Lower figure:
The figure shows the schematic assembly of the swash plate. Since the swash plate is pre-assembled ex works, no assembly
steps are required in this section.
Push the pitch compensator and the swash plate onto the rotor shaft from below. The two assemblies are connected later
when inserting the linkage rods (see page 14).

Upper figure:
The figure shows installation of the tail rotor shaft into the tail rotor casing. To place the tooth belt around the toothed pulley
of the pre-assembled tail rotor, the tail rotor shaft must be removed.
For this, loosen the M2 x 2 grub screw at the tail rotor head (on page 12, top figure, item h, the screw is described as
M3 x 3, but this is incorrect) and remove the rotor head and linkage from the shaft. After removal of the two safety screws
M1.4 x 4, the tail rotor shaft can be pulled from the casing until the pulley can be placed around the shaft.
Then push the shaft back, re-install the tail rotor and linkage and tighten the two safety screws including washers.
When turning in the M2 x 2 grub screw, ensure that the screw interlocks with the prepared groove in the tail rotor shaft.
Push the toothed belt into the tailboom with a wire or thin piece of wood and attach the tail rotor casing to the tailboom.
Lower figure:
The bottom figure shows the schematic setup of the tail rotor linkage. Put a little oil onto the tail rotor shaft so that the
sliding sleeve for the tail rotor linkage will move smoothly.
