ANAGING
The fields are:
IP Address Provides a box for you to type the IP
address of the switch.
Subnet Mask Provides a box for you to type the
subnet mask for the IP address.
Default Router Provides a box for you to type the IP
address of the default router (if you have one) which
is used by the switch to communicate with other
networks.
BOOTP Disabled / Enabled
Select whether you want your BOOTP server (if you
have one) to automatically allocate the switch an IP
address, subnet mask and default router address.
BOOTP is enabled by default but it only requests this
information if the IP address field is '0.0.0.0'.
For information on how to use you BOOTP server,
refer to the documentation that accompanies it.

Alert LED

The Alert LED can warn you of potential problems
with your network. This page allows you to:
Test the Alert LED.
Configure the conditions that cause the Alert LED
to light.
View what conditions have caused the Alert LED to
light.
You can configure the Alert LED to light for a number
of conditions.
