2.4 When the Demetra subscription is terminated

Instructions
1. When your subscription is terminated, the Demetra Scope must be returned to Barco using your original
packaging (see "Repacking instructions", page 37).
2. There is a possibility to download your patient data from the Demetra solution after terminating your
subscription. If you wish to do so, contact the Barco Helpdesk within 60 days after the end date of your
subscription.
3. When returning the Demetra Scope to Barco, a factory reset will be performed, erasing all data from the
device.
