Servicing the Reel Assembly

Disassembly:
1. Remove the guards from each end of the cutting unit
and the front and rear roller assemblies (Fig. 19).
2. Remove the shoulder bolts, bushings and spacers
from each end of the unit and remove the bedbar/bed-
knife assembly (Fig. 20).
3. Remove the inboard locknut from the adjuster pin, the
fasteners for the bracket and remove the adjusting
handle assembly from the side plate (Fig. 20).
