Use the following procedure:

Clean the filter
Install the filter
(1) Check orientation of the filter, and install grommet to screw projection.
(2) Insert the filter into the filter holder. Check the position of two alignment
seal.
(3) Secure the filter holder to slide to the left.
(4) Install the filter cover and use the filter replacement screws for fixation.

Turn off the power to the object controller module and fan unit.
Remove the filter replacement screws from the fan unit's front panel
to open the filter cover.
