Chapter 7 Troubleshooting
7.1

If a Trouble is Suspected

When a trouble occurs in the system, first grasp the error details thoroughly. It is
important that you should then identify whether its cause is located in the
controlled object or the controller.
One cause of a failure may have developed a secondary failure. Thus, to track
down the cause of a failure, you have to make comprehensive decision regarding
the system.
If an I/O failure may have occurred on the controller unit or TC-net I/O unit, first
check the following:
 If the controller does not operate normally, take action according to Section 7.2, "Trouble
