(2) ALARM display LED (red)
This lights up when the internal 5V power supply is abnormal.
(3) +5V voltage adjustment volume
Use this to adjust 5V voltage (turn right to increase voltage). This is adjusted
before shipment.
(4) 5V check terminal
Use this to check 5V between this terminal and 0V check terminal (for a tester
rod).
(5) 0V check terminal
Check terminal (for a tester rod).
(6) Fan power output (+) terminal
This is the power supply terminal to connect the dedicated fan. Connect the
red lead wire of the dedicated fan. Do not supply the power to other loads.
(7) Fan alarm input terminal
This is the alarm input terminal to connect the dedicated fan. Connect the
yellow lead wire of the dedicated fan.
Though you may not use this for other purposes, you can stop fan stop
detection by short-circuiting this terminal and the fan power output (-) terminal
(with 1.5KΩ or less resistance) for fan-less application. This action is
restricted on 1/3 or less output for the maximum rating. Take note that the
system may break down or stop due to overheat if it is used beyond the
condition.
(8) Fan power output (-) terminal
This is the power supply terminal to connect the dedicated fan. Connect the
black lead wire of the dedicated fan. Do not supply the power to other loads.
(9) Operation signal output terminal (RUN output)
This is a 1a contact terminal when the controller is in RUN condition.
(10)AC power input terminal
Connect AC power 100/110/120/200/220/240V.
(11) Line filter ground terminal (LG)
This is the neutral point of the primary power side line filter (grounding
terminal).
(12) Frame ground terminal (FG)
This is connected to the frame (grounding terminal).
This is connected to the internal circuit SG (signal ground) via a capacitor.
(13) Power switch
This is an input power switch.
If you turn off this when the module is powered on, the controller requiring the
shutdown sequence automatically continues shutdown process after the
switch is turned off and finally turns off the internal power.
(14) Fixing screw
Use this to fix the module after inserting the base unit.
(15) Handle
Hold the handle to insert the base unit.
