Chapter 2 Installing/Uninstalling
Procedure to uninstall a module
Uninstall a module in the following procedure.
 Implement the module with screws firmly and fix the base to be mounted vertically even during

Adjust the location of the module along the upper and lower guide
rails of the base unit.
Support the top and the bottom of the module and press it straight
into the base unit slowly.
Check that the upper and lower injectors are installed on the base unit and
click.
Ensure to install the base unit and modules with upper and lower
fixing screws of the module.
Rough indication of tightening torque: 1.47N・m=15kgf・cm
Install the blank panel in a free slot in front of the base unit.
Turn off the power supplied to the controller unit.
Turn off the external power to the TC-net I/O module.
Remove the terminal block cover if a terminal block is attached to the
module.
Remove the cable from the module.
Power module: Remove wire from the terminal block.
Controller module: Remove cables.
Station module: Remove cables.
I/O module: Remove cables.
Remove the connector cable from the connector.
Remove upper and lower screws of the module.
Press the black push button in the center of the upper and lower
ejectors of the module and open the upper side of the ejector upward
and the lower side of the injector downward.
Hold the ejector and place the module perpendicular to the base unit
to remove it.
