The transceiver meets IP67 requirements for dust-
tight and waterproof protection only when the
connector cover or the optional speaker microphone
is attached� See page 7-4 for the usable speaker
microphones�

D About the assignable key functions
Functions described on page 5-10 may be assigned to
the [Sub PTT], [Side 1], and [Side 2] keys, depending
on a presetting� Hold down or push these keys to use
the assigned functions�
You can also assign the functions in the Detailed Set
mode (p� 6-5)�
