Step 1 Start the SMT.

Step 2 Click Yes.

The latest software of the SMT is installed in the SMT PC.
If the SMT PC communicates with the BTS normally, a window is displayed, as shown in
Figure 5-1. The SMT is successfully started.
If the SMT PC cannot communicate with the BTS, the Communication failed dialog box
is displayed, as shown in
