1.1 Design and Function
The 6A53 and 6A54 Sliding Adapters permit the distal components of the
modular prosthesis to be shifted in parallel, regardless of the angle adjust­
ment by the pyramid adapters. The adjustments can be made either in the
frontal plane (medial or lateral) or in the sagittal plane (anterior or posterior).
The sliding adapters are equipped with different connections:

2 Application
2.1 Intended Use
The product is intended solely for lower limb prosthetic fittings.
2.2 Area of Application
Area of application according to the MOBIS® mobility system:
Approved for a body weight of up to 125 kg.

Allowable relative humidity 0 % to 90 %, non-condensing

Mechanical vibrations or impacts
Perspiration, urine, fresh water, salt water, acids
Dust, sand, highly hygroscopic particles (e. g. talcum)
