6.7 National restrictions

In accordance with Article 10 of 2014/53/EU, we inform you that national restrictions and requirements may apply
when it comes to authorization. These can evolve with time. Teldat S.A. recommends that you check with local au-
thorities what the latest status of national regulations is.
This product is supplied without any antennas. Choosing antennas is atthe discretion of the operator, but said party
is responsible for complying with local regulations.
Make sure to that the characteristics of the antennas used match the regulations applicable to the installation loca-
tion.

6.9 FCC statement

6.9.1 Federal Communications Commission Interference

This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class A digital device, pursuant to Part 15
of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference when the
equipment is operated in a commercial environment.
This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance
with the instruction manual, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. Operation of this equipment in
a residential area is likely to cause harmful interference, in which case the user will have to bear the expense of hav-
ing it corrected.
Any changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user's
authority to operate this equipment.
This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this
device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including in-
terference that may cause undesired operation.

6.10 IC statement

6.10.1 CAN ICES-3 (A)/NMB(A)

This device observes the Class A limits applicable to radio noise emissions coming from digital apparatus, as set out
in the interference-causing equipment standard entitled "Digital Apparatus, ICES-003" issued by the Department of
Communications .
