○Troubleshooting Chart
Applicable SI unit: EX180-SDN3□/4□/5□/6□
When any malfunction is observed, perform the following troubleshooting.
When the troubleshooting does not apply to your problem and the operation returns to normal after
replacing the SI unit, it is presumed that SI unit has malfunctioned. It may be possible that the
malfunctioning of the SI unit is caused by the operating environment (network structure). Please consult
SMC if further troubleshooting is necessary.
